System servicing

We are the first on the market to provide the AROUND-THE-CLOCK SERVICE service, which enables customer support 24 hours a day.

The price of the service includes the following activities:

  • determining the cause of the service problem,
  • troubleshooting, if delivery of new products is not required,
  • introducing the price of delivery or servicing of the product to the users, if necessary.


Additional training to use the system is considered a service.

Application installations and other activities are considered a non-warranty service.

The user of the electronic security system is obliged to provide servicing and maintenance of the system. The system maintenance and servicing can only be provided by a private security company that has a license for installation, commissioning, maintenance of electronic security systems and user training.
