In case you have paid the same bill twice and thus double-charged, that there is a technical error when paying online, that you have a problem that affects the quality of service, you can start the complaint process by reporting to our CALL CENTER on 0800 / 011-013 every working day from 08h to 16h and on Saturdays from 10 to 14h or by sending a message to e-mail: info@ws.co.rs. Also, suggestions and complaints with attached evidence, you can submit by filling out the form on the Contact page.
