Just your card
With each purchase in the Watchout security stores and on the site, you gain points that will be entered on Your Watchout security Card and which you can use during the next or some other purchase. All you need to do is be a registered user on the Watchout security site and the points will be visible on your profile and Your Watchout security Card after fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
In addition to the basic Your Watchout security Card, you will also receive three auxiliary cards that are related to the basic card and that you can give for use to family members and friends.
Do not forget! After the first purchase, you have 15 days to register on the site and then you are entitled to the points that belong to you.
Invite friends and win extra points! As a registered user, you have the opportunity to use your profile to invite other users to register on the Watchout security site and to be your friends within the Watchout security social network. For each purchase of your friend over 5,000 RSD you will be awarded 5 points.
Share your opinion with us! As a registered user you can rate the product you have purchased and you will be awarded 5 points. Fifteen (15) days after the purchase you will receive an automatic email with a link to your profile where you can write your impression of the purchased product.
You can leave an impression for any purchased product whose price is higher than 1,000 RSD.
Value points and discounts
For every 1,000 RSD spent on purchases on the Watchout security site or in the Watchout security stores, 1 point will be credited to your account and Your Watchout security Card, the value of which is 20 RSD. The maximum number of points you can collect is 500. You can then proceed with your purchase, but the system will not award you new points until you have used up the existing ones.
The maximum discount you can get using Your Watchout security Card and points is 50% of the total purchase value. You can use the points at any time to purchase any product from our offer, regardless of the number of points collected. All collected points must be used at once.

Program Rules Just Your Watchout security Card
Watchout security d.o.o. is the initiator of the loyalty program Just Your Watchout security Card (hereinafter referred to as Watchout security) and the issuer of the personal card Just Your Watchout security Card (hereinafter referred to as the Card) for all users registered on the Watchout security site www.Watchout security.rs ). Watchout security reserves the right to withdraw the Cards from circulation at any time and without prior notice and to change or completely cancel the elements of the program Your Watchout security Card.
Any adult resident in the Republic of Serbia who makes the required information available to Watchout security during registration on the Site can become a Cardholder.
The user data provided during registration on the Site will be used exclusively for the purpose of issuing the Card and recording the points earned. Personal data of users The cards will not be exchanged with other users, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
The card is issued to record the points earned, earned during purchases in Watchout security stores or through the Site.
The user receives a basic Card and three auxiliary cards that are related to the basic Card and which you can give for use to family members and friends. The card cannot be used as a means of payment.
Auxiliary card users have the same rights to collect and spend points as the user of the basic Card. The user of the basic Card assigns auxiliary cards at his own risk.
After the first purchase, it is necessary for the buyer to register on the Site within 15 days and then he is entitled to the points that belong to him. If the new customer does not register within 15 days from the day of the first purchase, he automatically loses the right to points earned in that purchase. The card is issued only to registered users.
With each subsequent purchase, the customer registered on the Site is entitled to additional points after 15 days from the date of purchase.
The method of user registration, collection of points, value of points, restrictions, as well as methods of use, are described in more detail on the Site and at the points of sale of Watchout security.
The user can use the points for purchases on the Site (the number of points that the user has are displayed on the user’s profile and basket), as well as for purchases in any of the Watchout security stores by showing their Card to the seller.

in either via the Site or in the Watchout security stores, 1 point in the value of 20 RSD will be entered on the user’s account. The maximum number of points that a user can collect is 500. After that, the user can continue with the purchase, but the system will not award him new points until he has used up the existing ones. All collected points must be used at once.
The maximum discount that can be realized by using points is 50 percent of the total value of the purchase.
Purchase points cannot be exchanged for cash. Points can be used by the user at any time, regardless of the number of points collected, and points can be used to purchase any product from the Watchout security offer, regardless of whether they are already at a discount or not.
Watchout security points do not apply to legal entities. Only individuals can be Cardholders and collect points.
Watchout security may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, exclude any user from the Card program. Watchout security is obliged to notify the user of the exclusion, but is not obliged to explain its decision to the user.
Watchout security will inform the user of any changes to these program rules accordingly. The current rules are available on the website of the Site.
In case of loss or theft of the Card or auxiliary cards, the user is obliged to report the disappearance of the Card or auxiliary cards to the free Call Center 0800 011 013, after which he will be notified of the withdrawal of a new Card to which the previously earned points will be transferred.
The deadline for submitting complaints is 120 days from the date of purchase.
